The Friday before my dissertation I presented to my regional group again and based on their extensive feedback I updated the presentation to this version. iv. My regional group also assisted in making this handout for the defense clear and easy to understand. v. I also shared several of my dissertation resources with my regional group: my notecards, the sample dissertation questions I collected.	My dissertation shows my ability to communicate research findings.

This article and research was done in collaboration with Leadership Chair Dr. Shirley Freed. This research formed the foundation on my dissertation research. The article was published in The Qualitative Report in the Fall 2009 issue. I collected the data and received assistance on analyzing the data. I wrote most of the article originally, but since then it has been revised many times as we went through the publishing process. We both contributed much to the revisions.	This article shows my ability to communicate research findings.

In the spring of 2008, I conducted a small qualitative study asking questions of my top videoconferencing-using teachers in my service area. The pilot survey was sent to 6 teachers; and the final survey to another 15 teachers. iii. I posted a series of reflections on my blog with the results and reflection on the application to our videoconferencing practice.	This research project gives a sample of how I communicate and implement research findings in my workplace.
